9.What are the reasons that cause product damage and are not covered by the warranty?
The following reasons cause the product to be damaged and cannot be used normally, which is not covered by the warranty.
① Do not disassemble the night vision device by yourself. If a malfunction occurs, please contact the manufacturer in time. Repairs, modifications or broken product seal stickers that are not approved by our company are not covered by the warranty.
② All damage caused by human factors or accidents, including use in abnormal working environments, damage caused by failure to use and install according to the instructions, etc., are not covered by the warranty.

10.What should you pay attention to when using a high-definition thermal imager?
① Please use 18650 rechargeable lithium battery with rated voltage of 3.7V;
② Please pay attention to align the threads during tightening to avoid thread slippage;
③ Do not put it in fire or put it in water with the battery cover open;
④ Do not disassemble it without authorization;
⑤ Do not pierce it with sharp objects;
⑥ The battery should be placed out of reach of children, and confirm whether the positive and negative poles of the battery are installed correctly.

11.How to set up ballistic calculation?
1. Press the OK key to enter the submenu
2. Press the +/- key to select the submenu ballistic calculation parameters/open/close the ballistic calculation function option, and press the OK key to confirm
3. After entering the ballistic calculation parameter setting, press the Menu/OK key to move up and down to select the sub-option
4. Press the +/- key to adjust the value of the corresponding item, press and hold the OK key to save and exit, and press and hold the Menu key to exit without saving.
